Catapult Challenge YML Day at IMH Campus!

🚀 Catapult Challenge Day at IMH Campus! As part of the YML Network project and in coordination with YMLBasque City Hub, our first-year Innovation Engineering students celebrated the end of their first Dual Training Phase with a hands-on Catapult YML Challenge.

These students, who started their journey from high school directly into engineering, completed their first dual phase at our Dual Engineering School, where they faced the exciting challenge of designing and building a fully functional catapult.

From February to May, they learned the technical fundamentals and worked intensively to prototype, design, assemble, program, manufacture, and test their projects. The final competition at the end of May evaluated their catapults on several technical aspects—such as assembly time and launch accuracy.

The day ended with a well-deserved celebratory snack shared between students and teachers, who collaborated closely throughout the entire process.
