Incoming Students Mobility

1.- Nomination and admission
STEP 1. Nomination by the Home Institution
The mobility coordinator at the student’s home university must send the nomination of the selected student(s) to the following email address:
mugikortasuna.nazioartekoa@imh.eus:
- Deadlines: 15th May for the first semester (long-term mobility) and 15th November for the second semester (short-term mobility).
- Information to include: student’s full name; student’s email address; level and field of study at the home university; planned mobility period at our School.
STEP 2. Online Application by the Student
The student will receive an invitation to submit the application through the Student Mobility Management System (guide on how to complete the online application).
- Deadlines: 31st May for the first semester (long-term mobility) and 30th November for the second semester (short-term mobility).
