Management Integrated Policy
The management of IMH Campus, an organisation dedicated to training and technological innovation in the service of industry and the community, together with the rest of the organisation’s staff, is committed to providing its clients with a high-quality service, meeting their requirements and expectations, ensuring a user-centred approach and consideration for other stakeholders, promoting continuous improvement, encouraging the use of the Basque language and respect for linguistic diversity, ensuring environmental protection, and providing safe and healthy working conditions for everyone within its sphere of influence.
To this end, IMH Campus has prioritised, across all areas of the IMS (Quality ISO 9001, Environment ISO 14001, Occupational Health and Safety ISO 45001, University Training AUDIT programme and BIKAIN Quality Certificate in Language Management), information, communication, training, participation and consultation with all members of the organisation, as well as process-based management, risk- and opportunity-based thinking, and data-driven decision-making, with the aim of facilitating competitiveness, growth and sustainability.
That is why Management is committed to:

- To inform our employees, suppliers, partners and the wider community so that they understand and participate in our policies on quality, the environment, language and health and safety at work.
