The IMH was created in collaboration with the business sector, in response to a demand for technical training within the metal-mechanics industry, particularly in those areas related to machine tooling.

INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGY

In the educational realm, POPBL (Project Based Learning) is a model in teaching which comes closest to industrial reality.

IMH integrates Dual training (work and study), where the students complete the training program and at the same time work part-time.

IMH offers multilingual training modules in Basque, Spanish and English.

DUAL UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING IN IMH

Training Cycle students who wish to go on to study higher level courses, can do so at IMH School of Dual Engineering, which is specially adapted to suit students from vocational training backgrounds. In the IMH School of Dual Engineering department, students study and work on an annual project defined in collaboration with a company which also employs them on a part time basis.
